About the Author

James Gannon is a  lawyer based in Toronto. He graduated from the University of Waterloo in Systems Design Engineering in 2005. He received his JD in 2008 from Osgoode Hall Law School.

James completed his articles at the law firm McCarthy Tétrault in Toronto and was called to the Bar of Ontario in June 2009. Besides a fervent interest in intellectual property developments, James enjoys running, reading and building custom PCs.
